Friendship. The story of Repute Homes is one such story of friendship; between Mr. Dharani Kumar and Mr. Naseer.

Mr. Dharani Kumar

started his career in 1999 by executing small civil contracts for residential projects. The entrepreneurial spirit in him encouraged him to start 'Live In', a company that specialized in residential development.

It was about this time that Mr. K.M. Shahul Hameed, MD of New Venus Builders and a long-standing well-wisher, invited Mr. Dharani to partner with him in his firm.

It was here that Mr. Dharani met Mr. Naseer Hasan, nephew of Mr. Shahul Hameed who was assisting his uncle having come all the way from Thirunelveli.

The two gentlemen pleasantly discovered that they had a lot in common - positive attitude, passion for growth and a zeal to touch new frontiers. They shared a good camaraderie and jointly took New Venus Builders to greater heights. This led them to think. What if they used their work ethics and passion to start a new company? What if they forged their friendship into a force to reckon?

Mr. Naseer Hasan

This gave birth to Repute Homes. When Mr. Dharani Kumar and Mr. Naseer Hasan established Repute Homes, their dream was to encompass the whole spectrum of the residential business. Or as some would call it, cover the A to Z of the residential business. This was the interesting reason as to why every Repute Homes project is uniquely named sequentially in the order of alphabets.     The Holy Bible says that God's people will live in peaceful dwelling places, in secure homes and in undisturbed places of rest. In early 2011 we began to hunt for a house in Chennai. We looked through every Ad in the newspaper and registered in half a dozen websites and knew the name of almost every builder and their projects in Chennai. Finally in Feb 2012 we found a land in Pozhichalur near Pallavaram. For the building we decided on Repute Builders because we were impressed by their projects in Ambattur. An added bonus was that they were good friends of ours.

    It was time to choose a name for the project. Our Unanimous choice was JIREH Homes. One of the Hebrew names of God is that He is 'Jehovah Jireh' meaning The God who will provide all our needs. We were encouraged by this very name by our elders that we would get a property in Chennai within the city limit. As this was Repute's tenth project and we had to choose a name with the tenth letter 'J' and God in His providence delighted each one of us with His name. And God was the one who met all our needs when we were building this. He brought all the owners of the Flat to purchase the property in oneness. He provided the right people till the end, necessary approvals, needed finances, the required materials and safety for all who were working on this project. A good relationship was enhanced with the site and admin staff of Repute builders. Their approach was welcoming, working with dedication, good co-ordination and following the standard principles.

    We happily say to the Glory of God the house was constructed within one year in spite of many hurdles. God who gave us this home as a quiet place of rest that has helped many of our family and friends to find rest and healing in our home. Our sincere thanks is to God who provided this house built with the hands of Repute homes.
